This type of support may be appropriate for travelers who already have a plan in place but would benefit from expert assistance with particular details, or for returning clients who need targeted help. Because each request varies in complexity, availability and structure are discussed individually.

How does the planning process work?
Each journey begins with a conversation to understand your travel style, priorities, and timing. From there, I design a thoughtfully considered itinerary, manage confirmations, and remain available throughout your travels to ensure everything unfolds smoothly.
Is your planning fee separate from travel costs?
Yes. Planning services are offered on a fee basis, separate from the cost of travel components. This allows me to remain fully focused on thoughtful design, advocacy, and care throughout the process.
When will my itinerary be finalized?
Your itinerary is considered final once all components are confirmed. A complete version will be shared with you prior to departure, along with any supporting details you may need.
What if I need to cancel or change my trip?
Supplier cancellation policies vary and will be shared at the time of booking. I’m always happy to guide you through available options and support you if plans need to change.
Still have questions?
What happens if plans change during the planning process?
Travel planning is rarely linear. Reasonable adjustments are part of the process, and we’ll navigate any changes together with clarity and care. Significant shifts in direction may require additional design work, which will always be discussed in advance.
Do you recommend travel insurance?
Yes. I strongly recommend travel insurance for every journey. Coverage options vary, and I’m happy to discuss what may be most appropriate for your trip.
